Depending on customer demand, Binh Minh HP exports millions of cubic meters of split wood annually.
After harvesting, the wood is cut into common sizes based on market demand or customer orders.
The wood is then processed to remove defects, twisted grains, black eyes, and eliminate low-quality trees.
The wood is sorted based on thickness and then soaked in preservative tanks before entering the soaking tank. The chemicals used in the soaking tank meet international standards and are environmentally friendly (with certification).
The wood is treated in the pressure and vacuum treatment kiln for 2 to 3 hours, depending on the wood size. The temperature in each drying kiln is regularly checked and adjusted by technical workers to maintain stable wood drying quality, avoiding internal cracking. The moisture content after the vacuum drying treatment reaches 8 – 12%.
The wood quality is checked before being removed from the drying kiln. After drying, the wood is sorted again to remove any bent or twisted pieces that occurred during the drying process.
The sorted wood is then stored until the inventory team checks and records the specifications on each piece, waiting to move to the next stage.
